Mr. Tan Wei Chee (“Mr. Tan”) was appointed as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer on 13 May 2026. He is responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial strategy, treasury and taxation functions, financial reporting, as well as corporate and regulatory matters.

A highly accomplished finance professional, Mr. Tan has more than sixteen years of relevant professional experience in auditing, financial management and corporate finance. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he served in the audit practice and was promoted to Audit Manager prior to his departure in 2015.

From 2016 to 2022, Mr. Tan served as the Financial Controller of Biolidics Limited, where he played a key role in the company’s successful listing on the SGX-ST Catalist Board in 2018. Subsequently, from 2022 to 2026, he was the Financial Controller of Clearbridge Health Limited, overseeing the group’s financial reporting, compliance and finance functions.

Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
