Ms Liu Ting ("Ms Liu") was appointed to the Group as CEO of Hainan Blue Code Biotechnology Co., Ltd on 8 October 2024, and redesignated as the Company’s CEO on 16 January 2026. She is responsible for the Group’s strategic direction, corporate development and planning as well as investor relations

A seasoned branding management expert, Ms. Liu has extensive experience in supply chain and operations management. She played a pivotal role in organising the initial entry of leading overseas biotechnology branding products into a well-known e-commerce platform in the Chinese market.  Additionally, she has strong connections in the digital marketing sector. With nearly eight years of experience in internet digital marketing, she has conducted extensive research in e-commerce market operations and management, as well as five years of experience in the research and management of biotech anti-aging products.

Ms Liu also boasts nearly eight years of experience in the financial sector, focusing on market management in corporate banking.

Before joining the Group, Ms. Liu served as the Director and CEO of Beijing Peony Century Biotechnology Co., Ltd., where she was involved in product development, brand planning, and overall operational management. She also held the position of Vice President at Northern International Group's Factoring Company.

Ms Liu holds a degree in Financial Management from the University of Macau.
